Hello GASL, We’re overdue for a meeting. I apologize for not getting a meeting together sooner. While we typically have a meeting in late February, I’d like to have a meeting in early February in order to give us an opportunity to gather the information we’re going to need to have a swim league this summer. Here’s our agenda: 

1. Vote to determine if we will try to have a league (recommendation: yes) 

2. October is typically our meeting where we vote for new board members. All three positions are open: President Elect, Secretary, and Teasurer. 

3. Treasurers Report - All teams dues carried through to the 2021 season after last year was cancelled. Is everyone paid? 

4. Pool Availability - Do lol teams think they have a pool? 

5. COVID precautions - Can we have a volunteer to develop team (practice) and meet based COVID rules? 

6. Do we want to plan to implement family championships to reduce the number of teams at each championship meet?
