Swimmer Doesn't Have Times
If you have an athlete who does not have seed times but has competed on a Swimtopia Team before:
Swimtopia should recognize athletes who are already in the Swimtopia database and carry their times over if the registrations match, even if they switched teams. If you do not see times for them they may have registered with a different first name, preferred name, middle name or initial, last name, or birthdate. You can try running the Athlete De-Duplication tool by going to Settings > Data Maintenance If that doesn't work, email [email protected] and request an athlete merge. Provide the league (GASL) and team name (eg: [email protected]) and the swimmer's name.
