Great first week to kick off the summer!

A quick update/refresher on rosters and results.

Results:

1. Results Posting. All teams should post results to the GASL swimtopia site. If you are getting this email you have access to do this. You can easily add a tech rep if needed. Results should be posted within 4 hours of the finish of the meet.

To post results: Each host team will need to log in to the GASL site (gasl.swimtopia.com) after the meet. Go to "manage team"-->schedule-->find your specific meet -->click on "files" tab and attach your results there. Please make sure the SCORE is in the name (ILBC 124 at XYZ 145.pdf). The score is not on the actual results so please include it in the name.

Also don't forget to lock and transfer results from Maestro at the end of the meet!

2. Viewing Results: Coaches, parents etc can all view results here without logging in: https://gasl.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

Roster:  Swimtopia captures each team's roster inside of the GASL swimtopia page so we no longer need to upload these. To view another team's roster simply log in to the GASL Swimtopia site, navigate to reports and select "Athlete Roster". From there select the team and run. This indicates registration date and other standard info.
