Thanks to our host teams for their Sunday work to get ready for our seed meeting tomorrow. Don't forget to email your eligibility reports- you can do this via GASL swimtopia communications to the league rep / tech rep for each host team. 

There have been some permission adjustments from Swimtopia that has changed being able to add results to the GASL site. We are working with them to figure out the best way to manage this. In the meanwhile if you need results posted send them to me and I will post them!  Part of the change is to allow host team to be the control in the meet files- meaning, like when we used hytek, the host team is the only team that can make changes/additions etc. 

Seed Meeting Reminders: 

Tomorrow night, Monday July 21st 6:30pm-7:30pm at Eastport-Annapolis Neck Library. This is open house style and not a formal meeting so you can drop in any time during that window. Host teams can arrive at 6:00pm to set-up. 269 Hillsmere Dr, Annapolis Neck, MD 21403

What to bring:

All Teams should bring-for each meet:

• Printed copies of entries from Swimtopia for each meet including relays (sorted by swimmer) (this should be printed from inside your Swimtopia to compare with the provided entries report from Maestro)
• Printed copy of the Swimtopia Report "Meet Entry Fees" for each meet with a check to cover meet entries ($2.00 each individual event, Swimtopia will calculate this).
• Check for Swimtopia per swimmer fees (see above) (entries and swimtopia can be combined into one check but MUST have printed reports)

On arrival teams will visit each champ meet table they are attending. They will submit their proof of splash and times reports. They will receive their entries and compare their report vs the Maestro report and sign the Maestro report as correct or bring any issues to the host team’s attention.
