A quick reminder about IntraSquad meets:

If you wish to hold an Intrasquad meet, please e-mail [email protected] to submit an official request.

This meet must be run using the GASL meet template in order for times to count.  *Note this does not count as a splash for purposes of Championship meets, only will count as a time for the swimmers*

Also just a reminder to submit your vote regarding Time Standards changes by June 2nd! We have heard from 8 teams so far.  You can place your vote HERE.
