Good evening!  Just a few reminders as we head into this final weekend...I know the turnaround is quick for champ meet entries, see below for reminders about the new few days. Please reach out to me with questions, and please try to help encourage your coaches to have meets locked so documents can be sent to host teams by 1pm Sunday!

• Reminder to lock all champs meet entries by 1pm Sunday July 12th and send following documents to host teams: Relay reports, proof of times, proof of splashes
• See attached spreadsheet for e-mail addresses to use for each meet, please double check which meet your team is in and send reports to appropriate team representatives, please cc me on your e-mails so I can assist in checking Relay entries: [email protected]
• Recommended to run reports within each Championship meet- go into each meet (Gold, Silver, Bronze), click on Entries -> Reports -> Qualifiers (this gives proof of times), Eligibility (this only needs to be generated once and will show proof of splashes for full team)
• Please ask your Coaches to enter times for the relay teams so they can be accurately seeded (instead of entering NT, manually enter swimmers times into the system to generate approximate seed time), this will help ensure the relays are seeded more accurately for each meet.
• Seed Meeting Monday July 13st 6:30-7:30 pm, bring check for Champ Meet Fees and Swimtopia fees along with printed reports from Swimtopia (will need report for each of the three Champs meets plus the Swimtopia fee report, Champs meet reports won’t be able to run until after entries are locked on Sunday)
• Please also bring any leftover ribbons to the seed meeting on Monday! Tess will be there to collect them.
• Volunteers- please ask your officials to sign up for one of the meets- Bronze and Silver at Bay Ridge still needed several more officials last I checked and these assignments need to be set by Sunday so host teams can determine the remainder of their volunteer assignments before the seed meeting on Monday. Officials count as double, so it benefits your team!
