Hi all,

Thank you to everyone for getting entries locked and reports sent to the host teams, and thank you to the Host Teams for all of their hard work to get things organized for tomorrow!  Here are some reminders for the seed meeting tomorrow:

• Seed Meeting Monday July 13st 6:30-7:30 pm at Harting Farm, 1011 Harting Farm Dr. Arnold, MD 21012. Host teams may come at 6pm to set up. Please bring a check for Champ Meet Fees and Swimtopia fees along with printed reports from Swimtopia (will need report for each of the three Champs meets plus the Swimtopia fee report). To run these reports, go to manage team in Swimtopia, click Reports -> Swimtopia Fee Report (change season date to the June - July 2026 option); Reports -> Meet Entry Fee Report (then select each meet- Bronze, Silver, Gold and print report for each)
• Please also bring any leftover ribbons to the seed meeting on Monday! Tess will be there to collect them.
• Print a meet entry report from SwimTopia for each meet to compare to the host team's report at the Seed meeting (Go to Swimtopia -> Manage Team -> Reports -> Meet entry by athlete-> select meet  (Bronze/Silver/Gold) and check box  "only include attending athletes" and run report)
